Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate QC chemists and inspectors; foster a culture of "quality at the source" and audit readiness.
• Testing & Analysis: Oversee testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV, etc., ensuring results meet specifications.
• Method & System Management: Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods; manage equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain SOPs, batch records, and reports; ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, USP, and FDA regulations.
• Audits & Reviews: Handle internal, customer, and regulatory audits; prepare compliance reports; review and approve specifications.
• Process Improvement: Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions (CAPAs) to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Product Release: Make final decisions on batch release or rejection based on quality standards.
