Job Description
Maintain product requirements, technical and functional documentations for reference purposes,Follow best practices to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations,Shop floor operation monitoring & controlling Quality manpower as per their work load,Handling the Quality Lab,Manufacturing high quality products to create customer delight,To support the production for new products or process to achieve the quality, Ensure consistent and continual improvement of QMS to fulfill ISO +001 & BIS requirements, Managing Inspection at all Levels- Incoming Inspection, In process Inspection & Pre dispatch Inspection, customer complaints,Implement CTQ at critical area of various process and the digitalization of CTQ monitoring,Conducting the internal audit on time & ensuring the adherence of Stds.
Responsible for quality check at factory as per client instructions /order of requirements.
Looking after goods for–packaging, artwork, quality etc.
Lead inspection report and update this report to the Top managers.
Responsible for updating master data for items in AS400.
Responsible for manufacturing of Stainless Steel and Nonstick Plant.
Responsible for New Product development, Tooling development and for the product wise machine and plant setup.
Development of new vendors for tooling, material procurement. Planning of production activities, machine maintaining schedules, looking after schedules and quality of products. Monitoring overall operations and ensuring timely completion, setting up standards, ensuring optimum utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.
Determining project objectives such as efficiency, cost saving, energy conservation, safety, time and costs etc.
Taking about the responsible Zero Customer Complaint & feedback to customer complaint. Ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
