Kitchen Management:
Oversee daily kitchen operations at a Navtara outlet.Team Supervision:
Lead and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, kitchen stewards, and store personnel.Inventory Control:
Monitor and manage inventory levels.Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.Training Development:
Train kitchen staff on standard operating procedures.Cost Management:
Implement cost control measures.
Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years in a similar role, preferably in a multi-cuisine restaurant environment.Education:
Culinary degree preferred but not necessary.Skills:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a multi-department kitchen.Attributes:
