4. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Statistics. Master's in business administration (specialization in banking, Finance, IT) desired but not mandatory
5. Coding knowledge is preferred but not mandatory such as expertise in SQL, R, Qlik, Python etc.
6.Good Business Analysis skills along with project management expertise is required
