Job Description
IRONSTONE MODULAR is seeking an experienced or Qualified Carpenter to join our team in Henderson, WA on a casual basis with fulltime potential after probation period. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of steel wall frames and trusses on Modular Homes.
Tasks Performed
· Installation of Steel wall frames and trusses on residential modular builds
· Be able to ensure all work is completed to industry standards and within safety guidelines
· Be competent to read and follow drawings & Specifications
· Be Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a safe work environment.
Skills Required
· A minimum of 2 year’s experience installing steel wall frames and trusses in Australia
· Trade qualified carpenter or equivalent qualification (Preferred) but not essential
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
· Be able to work to schedules and deliver work on time
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication skills
· Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices
Must Haves
· White Card
· Working at Heights (completed within the last 2 years)this can be obtained if not currently possessed
· Require basic carpenters nail bag. All other tools supplied
