Key Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish
Prepare and review Contracts for Sale
Conduct title searches, property searches, and due diligence
Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, banks, and brokers
Manage PEXA settlements and electronic conveyancing
Review transfer documents, mortgage documents, and settlement figures
Ensure compliance with NSW property law and conveyancing regulations
Provide clear communication and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process
About You
Qualified Conveyancer with experience in NSW conveyancing
Strong knowledge of property transactions
Experience with PEXA and electronic settlements
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple conveyancing files simultaneously
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
