About the Qualified Educator Role
We’re searching for a passionate and dedicated Qualified Educator to join our team at Bruce Ridge Early Childhood Centre. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, supporting children’s learning and development, and contributing to a warm, welcoming environment where children, families, and educators feel truly connected.
If you’re a motivated educator who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and enjoys working as part of a supportive team, this is your opportunity to make a real difference
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Minimum Certificate III qualification or higher in Early Education and Care
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Sound knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
Responsibilities
In this rewarding role you will undertake the following responsibilities:

Work in alignment with organisational goals, policies, and National Quality Standards to support high-quality service delivery
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children through effective supervision, hygiene practices, and risk management procedures
Create and maintain safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments with appropriate use of resources and sustainable practices
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while engaging in continuous professional development and service improvement
CRCS is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young children and young people. As part of our commitment to child safeguarding, we require all employees to undergo relevant screening processes, including Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) checks and National Police Checks.
CRCS also requires all employees to:
Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
