Working behind the scenes with our friendly and dedicated team of engineers, you’ll be responsible for connecting over 40 million passengers every year by helping to keep a fleet of 400 buses and coaches on the road.

• Flexible working hours – you’ll be working on a rolling shift basis.
• Free travel – for you and your companion on our buses. That means on your days off (of which there are plenty!) you can be off shopping without worrying about parking the car, or heading off for a day in the city without paying a fortune in petrol!
• Job security – we’ve been going since 1+80, we turnover £1.3bn per year, and we’re not planning on hanging our boots up anytime soon!
• Promotions – Want to fly up the ladder? Great! We’ve got plenty of colleagues who started life as an engineer but are now workshop supervisors and managers within our business

• Paid sick leave (70% of basic pay after qualifying period)

There are a few things we need from you:
Essential
• NVQ Level 3 Engineering in HGV or PSV
• Must have held a car licence for at least one year and no more than a maximum of six penalty points
Desirable
• PCV license and CPC training are an advantage but not essential (opportunities to gain free driving qualifications through the company)
• PCV experience and/or HGV experience
