Skilled, experienced trade qualified automotive technician / motor mechanic.
Looking for a senior light vehicle motor mechanic to fill a full-time permanent position.
Ample automotive and or auto electrical experience is a requirement.

Requirements (Trade qualified senior automotive mechanic):
Trade qualified automotive technician / mechanic
Experience with European vehicles
Current unrestricted driver’s license
Preferred (would be advantageous)
High level of experience in fault finding and diagnostics
Additional licenses and certification (e.g. Roadworthy, Pink Slip, Blue Slip, LPG, Air Conditioning)
High level of experience with European vehicles
Motorbike and Motor scooter mechanic experience
Heavy vehicle repair and maintenance experience
Computer aided diagnoses experience
Automotive Electrical experience
Availability on weekends or Saturday
Complete tool kit
Residing in locality
Located in the heart of Sydney Eastern Suburbs you will report to the workshop manager and be required to complete a full range of mechanical repairs on all makes and models.
Job tasks and responsibilities (Trade qualified motor mechanic / automotive technician):
Carry out vehicle inspections
Troubleshooting, fault finding and diagnostics
Regular and preventative maintenance services
Road test vehicles
Interpret spare parts and repair requirements
Be confident and able to work autonomously
Work cooperatively with other mechanics
Oversight and assist other mechanics
Be able to engage customers when required
Complete basic paper work and job cards
