Northern Beaches Smash Repairs is seeking a qualified Panel Beater to join our team in Brookvale, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models. As an integral part of our skilled team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our workshop.
What you'll be doing
Undertaking panel beating, straightening, and reshaping of damaged vehicle panels and body components
Removing and replacing damaged parts as required
Preparing surfaces for painting and refinishing
Performing minor mechanical work as needed
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
Formal qualification as a Panel Beater, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong technical skills in panel beating, metal work, and vehicle repair techniques
Ability to work efficiently and accurately to high quality standards
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Commitment to workplace health and safety
A driver's licence and your own tools
