Maintenance Plumber / 4th Year Apprentice / North West Sydney
The Plumbing Paramedics
Full time$40 – $60 per hour
As a Maintenance Plumber, you’ll be working across residential properties throughout North West Sydney, carrying out a mix of diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for identifying issues, clearly explaining solutions, and providing quotes on-site.
You’ll need to be confident quoting and converting work, with sales experience highly regarded.
You’ll be supported by a structured team and systems, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and service.
Key Responsibilities
Attend residential service calls (blocked drains, hot water, leaks, general plumbing)
Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
Carry out repairs, installations, and replacements
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Prepare and present quotes on-site
Convert opportunities into approved work
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional standard
Who We’re Looking For Qualified Plumber:
NSW Plumbing & Draining Licence
Experience in residential maintenance
Confident working independently
Strong diagnostic and quoting ability
4th Year Apprentice:
Strong practical skills
Ready to step into a qualified role
Willing to learn and grow
For Both:
Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
Comfortable speaking with customers
Able to explain problems and solutions clearly
Confident recommending and selling work where appropriate
Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in your work
