Need Trade Services is searching for Qualified Plumbers to join our supportive and values driven team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking qualified - field based plumbers, with experience in either Small to Medium Commercial Projects and/or Commercial & Domestic Maintenance. Are you someone who shows leadership, a commitment to culture and a desire for a long term career within our team.

What we do?

Our business comprises of Building, Roof Plumbing & Plumbing divisions where we conduct; multi-trade projects, commercial upgrades & installs, along with general maintenance services. We support clients across a variety of sectors including, but not limited to; commercial & corporate facilities, strata, defence, tourism development sites, independent living communities & maintenance with community housing providers (excluding Housing Trust).

Your responsibilities will be contingent upon the specific role for which you are hired.


As a Commercial Project Plumber, your duties will entail:

• Commercial Renovations & Refurbishments

• Civil Works Installations & Upgrades

• Commercial Facility Upgrades & Fit-Outs

• Service Upgrades - Sewer, Water, Gas

As a Maintenance Plumber, your primary focus will involve:


• General Maintenance

• Hot water systems & compliance servicing

• Gas Testing, Upgrades & Leak Detection

• Stormwater & Drainage Maintenance, Repairs & Rectification

• Water Leak Detection

• CCTV & Hydro-jetting

• General Maintenance

• Domestic Renovations & Refurbishments

• Preventative Maintenance

• Temperature Control Testing

• Is willing to learn and adapt to our technology systems & processes for efficient field work

• Values communication and thrives in a team environment, but can work independently

• Takes pride in their workmanship & has high attention to detail

• Is able to take direction and follow timelines & scopes accurately

• Is a forward thinker, who can delegate and direct other project team members throughout the duration of the projects

• Holds additional qualifications or licenses that would be beneficial to the role you are hired for?
