Job Description
Up In Stone is currently looking for a Qualified Tiler to join the team on the Gold Coast.
Working with qualified and skilled tilers and stonemasons, you will gain valuable hands on experience, mentoring and support.
Duties will involve:
Handle wall and floor tiling materials
Use of wall and floor tiling tools and equipment
General cleaning and pack up duties
Lay ceramic, porcelain, stone and glass tiles
Surface preparation; demolition, screeding, floor levelling and waterproofing
Installation of stone
Using power tools to prep stone and tiles
Applicants must have the following:
Be a confident communicator
Motivated with a genuine interest in the tiling/stone industry
Be trustworthy and reliable
Drivers Licence and own transport
White Card
Basic knowledge of hand tools / power tools
Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in tiling/stonemasonry
Physically fit and capable
