MIS Group is an exciting, up-and-coming Market Research Fieldwork agency with offices in the UK, France and Italy. For the newest member of our dynamic team, we are looking for a highly motivated and flexible Project Executive to join us in Birmingham.

This is for an immediate start date.

As a Project Executive, you will run research projects (booking focus groups, and recruiting participants to take part in the research projects) from our bright and airy facility in the centre of Birmingham. You will also work within our market research facility, greeting clients, assisting with project set-up and being on hand to answer any queries.

Your commitment, energy and personability will keep research participants happy and clients coming back for more!

Main duties:

· Booking in client projects

· Recruiting participants to take part in market research

· Supporting research bookings taking place in our studios (potential evening shifts during the week)

· Act as a central point of contact for clients and research participants

· Manage and develop external relationships

· Work closely with colleagues to meet client requirements for quality, costs and timings

· Support your colleagues and larger teams with projects and administrative tasks

Requirements for the role:

Shifts may vary from one week to another, though it is always a Monday to Friday role.

Late shifts until 10pm are part of the role (usually no more than 2-3 times a month and never more than a 40 hour work week).

All training provided – previous experience in market research is a bonus but not a necessity

Proven experience with multi-tasking and prioritisation

Proven experience with customer service or a client-facing role

Strong IT competence: confident using MS Office Suite, and ability to pick up new media software quickly

Outstanding spoken and written English

French, Spanish or another language are also a plus

Starting salary range: £23,000 - £26,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday - +am-6pm, with occasional late shifts

· Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home (initial training period will be 5 days a week in the office)
