What you'll do
As a Quality Analyst, you’ll be assisting the feature team to define testable work that's technically robust, high-performing, stable and secure and ensures excellent customer experiences and outcomes.
Alongside this, you'll plan and design test suites for our services that're provided through the enterprise services platform, automate the test suite by using existing frameworks, deliver test suites and innovate and improve our existing frameworks.
Your top priorities will include:
Communicating with the franchise teams and providing them the required testing support
Making sure that test plans are adequately covered by test scenarios
Offering your test design knowledge for complicated SAO and ISO payments services
Analysing the results of automated tests
Providing data to our business and your team that focuses on quality and quality improvement
The skills you'll need
You'll need an extensive understanding of all stages of the product or service lifecycle. This'll include in-depth and hands on experience in areas like product testing, static testing, systems testing, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, compliance testing and operational readiness testing.
Additionally, you'll have experience of using our bank's strategic performance testing tools, like Silk Performer and Load Runner, the automation framework and test governance, including the IDV framework.
Furthermore, you'll need:
A demonstrable knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team
An understanding of testing ideas, products, designs, planning and delivery
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues
Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Experience of functional and non-functional testing, such as system, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration and backout
