Job Description
The role of a Quality Analyst in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting is crucial for ensuring the overall quality of service delivery to clients. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions and back-office processes to identify areas for improvement and facilitate high standards of customer satisfaction. They will work closely with the operations team to implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality audits on customer interactions and processes
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
• Provide actionable feedback to agents and supervisors
• Develop and maintain quality standards and guidelines
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation
• Generate reports and analysis on quality performance

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in quality assurance within a BPO environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
• Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Certification in Quality Management is a plus
• Experience in developing and delivering quality training programs
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
