• Take calls from customers and do outbound calling
• Identifying customer needs
• Taking customer calls and solving queries
Candidates should have minimum 6 months of experience as a QA in BPO.
To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager.
To give need based coaching and feedback inputs to the process floors, and undertake quality based floor initiatives, resulting in continuous improvement in performance and quality.
Coaching the agents according to the observations made while monitoring.
Candidate have knowledge call auditing ,analysis and feedback.
Conducted calibration among all the departments and publishing the dashboards and MIS
Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standard
