• Monitoring calls and providing actionable insights
• Assess agent performance
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions
• Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
• Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
• Maintain quality standards
• Improve call center quality assurance metrics
• Immediate joiner preferred
