Job Description
The role is that of a Quality Analyst. The candidate should have a good understanding of what matters to the customer. Permute this to help deliver what is expected and buildup to exceed the expectations. The candidate needs to have a mindset that enables them to work in a cycle of continuous improvement with whichever project/program they are associated with. The candidate would need to know how to motivate associates, help them see that errors are a learning experience and move away from the stigma that they are associated with.
As a Quality Analyst, this role is not a solitary one, she/he would need to work in conjunction with the operations & training team to drive success. Leveraging data, identifying relevant trends and laying out a plan with achievable objectives.
Your team of agents are based out of the US and are working on a technical program with troubleshooting to be done foe devices that can be connected to the internet. Devices ranging from phones to smart-home devices. If you are up for this challenge and are technically sound and have prior experience with working with team based in the US, that is an added advantage
