• Minimum 1 yr experience as Quality Analyst (BPO).
• Need Graduates.
• Must have experience in chats and email auditing.
• The candidates must have knowledge of call center metrics, CRM, and Customer Service, hands-on experience with 7-QC tools, and the difference between feedback and coaching.
• Night shifts with both side cab service are provided.

Salary: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
