Experience - 2 year of experience in Quality analyst
Qualification - Graduate
Shift and Timing - Day Shift Rotational shift
• Barging calls, sharing feedback.
• Working with agents to improve call quality.
• Conduct and Participate in Calibration Sessions.
• Create and publish weekly quality dashboard.
• Create a Monthly Audit plan and sharing with reporting manager.
• Develop quality team as per the requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
• Should be well versed in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word and Ms-PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Quality tools and industry standards.
Required Education and Experience:
• Must be graduate.
