Desirable Qualifications :-
1. Excellent Communication skills in Bengali (Written/Verbal) is the foremost priority.
2. Prior experience in BPO voice process.
3. Fair writing and communication skill in English
JOB Description For Quality Analyst :-
1. Developing and implementing Quality Control Procedures
2. Auditing of calls and complete analysis of service requests.
3. Sharing One-O-One Feedback with agents based on audits.
4. Works with team to develop the overall process improvement strategy and quality plan.
5. Highlighting issues as per the quality parameters.
6. Sharing daily reports and Quality Scores with the team.
7. Participating in internal external calibration sessions with Quality/Operations.
8. Requirements for this role include a strong attention to details, experience with Quality control methodologies and excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
