Role: Salesforce Industries Technical Consultant (Digital Commerce API Cart)
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
Time zone: 1 PM IST(8hrs/day)
Experience: 5+ years
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Industries Technical Consultant with expertise in Digital Commerce (DC) API Cart implementation. In this role, you will design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on enhancing digital commerce experiences. You will leverage your knowledge of Salesforce Industries and API integrations to streamline cart functionalities and improve user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and customize Digital Commerce API Cart solutions within Salesforce Industries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize existing cart functionalities and integrations to enhance performance and user experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and post-implementation.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Salesforce Industries and Digital Commerce API Cart.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

We are hiring a Quality Analyst for travel US process.
Profile- Quality Analyst ( Who can understand Spanish & English both)
Need Immedidate Joiner.
Night shift (WFH) / 5 days working
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls to ensure adherence to sales scripts, travel policies, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during sales processes (e.g., terms and conditions, data privacy, refund policies).
• Evaluate the quality of customer service interactions, including complaint resolution, booking modifications, and post-sale services.
• Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., booking accuracy, conversion rates, upsell success, customer satisfaction).
• Test and evaluate travel booking systems and sales platforms for accuracy, usability, and performance.
• Maintain detailed records of agent performance, call quality audits, and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or related field.
• Experience with CRM and sales monitoring tools.
• 1+ years of experience in quality analysis, preferably within the travel sales.
