Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual + Automation Testing) Immediate joiner only
Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases
Perform manual testing including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts
Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
Maintain and update test documentation, test cases, and automation frameworks
Perform API testing and database validation where required
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation)
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
Experience in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver / Cypress / Playwright
Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Java / Python / JavaScript preferred)
Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or similar
Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
Basic understanding of API testing (Postman / REST APIs)
Knowledge of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
