Position: Quality Analyst (Functional Testing)

About Quality Analyst Role
The ideal candidate is a Functional QA Specialist with strong domain knowledge in Service Operations module of any standard ERP - SAP Service Management (SM), Oracle Field Service, or MS Dynamics Field Service or similar — someone who understands the full lifecycle of service workflow including work orders, maintenance, warranties, spare parts, and field technician workflows. Alternately, experts from other modules like Sales & Distribution, or Procurement & Inventory Management can be considered.
Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for testing the new development in the Service Module of our ERP (e-Emphasys ERP). This includes preparation of functional test cases according to the designs and execution of the same.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
1 to 2 years of project experience in functional testing in relevant domain
