Role description

Dhelkaya Health Quality and Risk team are looking for an enthusiastic Quality and Improvement Specialist Manager with a passion for Safe, Timely, Effective and Person-centred care to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical services and colleagues across the organisation to deliver a contemporary Whole System Quality framework. Responsibilities include leading and managing the Quality Team, working closely with the Risk Team, driving continuous improvement and innovation; developing strategies to ensure ongoing readiness for Clinical Standards assessments and other accreditation activities.


About you

A degree in a health or management related field
Experience in leading and managing teams
Minimum three years' experience working in quality improvement in a healthcare setting
Working knowledge of processes and systems aligned with accreditation standards including Aged Care, NSQHS, NDIS and Rainbow tick
