About the job
Join Orygen’s growing headspace network as a Quality and Project Coordinator, leading key clinical governance activities across multiple centres. You’ll drive quality, risk and safety processes—from accreditation and audits to data analysis and policy development—while supporting major service expansions, including a new Moonee Valley site and enhanced programs at Sunshine and Melton.
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Transformation you will:
Coordinate key clinical governance activities, including accreditation, policy review, compliance and committee administration.
Lead data, audit and reporting processes, ensuring high‑quality risk management, incident oversight and governance reporting.
Manage incident and feedback systems, including data analysis, serious incident participation and coordinated responses.
Drive quality improvement through managing the central register, supporting accreditation‑driven improvements and contributing to working groups.
Support and coordinate major service expansion and improvement projects, balancing priorities and ensuring deliverables are met.
Skills and experience
The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:
Bachelor’s degree in health, business or social sciences (e.g. Nursing, Allied Health or Health Administration).
Experience in the health sector, ideally in mental health, with strong knowledge of quality principles, accreditation processes and clinical incident management.
Proven background in clinical quality, service improvement or audit coordination, with the ability to influence positive change in complex environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Highly organised, adaptable and proactive, with strong problem‑solving skills, confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
