Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Analyst (IT) to join our team and help with software testing products to meet our organization's quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of websites and web applications.
Developing and implementing test plans.
Reviewing and approving test results.
Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
Investigating customer’s complaints and issues.
Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
Required Skills:
Bachelor/ master's degree in computer science or equivalent ( B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA )
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
I am eager to learn and always in search of continuous improvement.
