Job Description
The Quality Assurance Team is responsible for reviewing the quality of work performed by different teams under Central Control Services (CCS). The core objective is to review and assess the different tasks/ activities and provide feedback and improvement plans, ensuring complete and accurate performance.
The role demands partnership and collaboration with all process leads within CCS to ensure accurate and timely review and reporting. When there is a new task/ process which comes under the preview of QA, the team lead will play a critical role in establishing the scope and delivery of reports. The team lead will be expected to continuously focus on opportunities to improve existing processes and to provide innovative solutions towards streamlining and making processes more efficient.
Job Responsibilities :
To support the Controls organization with the delivery of:
Daily, weekly monthly, Quarterly and Yearly QA reviews.
Preparation of monthly decks to be presented to higher management.
Partner closely and effectively with CCS leads across various locations to deliver high quality results.
Ensure that all review and reporting are completed accurately, consistently and to the timeframe agreed.

Analytical with good problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to be able to manage and respond to stakeholder queries across the globe.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with teams across various locations. Function effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and should be able to prioritize one's own work to achieve them. Flexibility to work global hours. Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Effective time management.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications. In specific, Intermediate Excel skills (example: should be able to use VLOOKUP, create pivots, charts, paste special) and PowerPoint skills (example: manage Hyperlinks, customize colour schemes, create/import charts).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficient in Excel.
Good analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Any Bachelor degree with 4-6 years of financial services work experience. Experience in Banking Risk & Control domain will be an added advantage
