Roles and Responsibilities
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of copper rods throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct routine inspections and tests to verify product compliance with established quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.
• Process Monitoring: Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and specifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process enhancement to improve overall product quality.
• Reporting: Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc.) or Graduate in Science.
Skills and Attributes:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and precision in quality checks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing quality improvement measures.
Experience:
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Assessment Process
The selection process will consist of two rounds:
1. Aptitude Test: To evaluate the candidate’s analytical and technical skills.
2. Final Interview: A comprehensive interview to assess the candidate’s suitability for the role.
