Sciative Solutions builds artificial intelligence and big data powered technology solutions for companies for price optimization. These solutions transform the pricing decision making processes through automation, artificial intelligence, and big data. Currently, more than 3 Billion price optimizations are carried out by Sciative’s tech stack on a daily basis, for companies in travel, retail, ecommerce, hospitality, entertainment and logistics industries.
The Quality Assurance Associate (QAA) will ensure all data processing and analytics applications are working as intended, and best quality output is delivered to the clients. The daily activities shall include but not limited to:
Develop automated testing scripts in Selenium and web-driversDetail down success criteria in product feature developments (test cases)Develop customer product usage journeysClosely audit applications for speed, accuracy and adherence to feature level success criteriaWork closely with Developers, Other QA team members, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to resolve technical, design and functional issues using manual and automated testing techniques.Data Quality Assessment: Perform standard quality assurance procedures on all data feeds received from clients either through API or FTP feeds.API testing: Test internal or external APIs for data correctness and completeness; report discrepancies if any.Market Intelligence Assurance: Performance stand quality checks on market intelligence feeds for correctness and completeness.Software testing: Create test scenarios and test cases, create suitable test data, carry out automated product stress testing and meet quality, correctness and latency requirements.QA reporting: Highlight QA findings and risks, and work with the development and DevOps teams to fix the QA issues.
Candidate profile
Attention to details, Quick learner, Problem solving skills, team working.Ability to work in Excel and write SQL would be bonus skills, although not necessaryProficient in using social media applications, shopping from ecommerce websites, and passion for gadgets.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers to 2 yrs work ex); Diploma with exceptional academics or work experiences (1 – 3 yrs).
