Role as a QA Engineer :
As a QA Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through meticulous testing and validation.
Collaborates closely with development teams to identify issues early in the development lifecycle, ensuring robust and defect-free software releases."
Key responsibilities :
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (or other testing frameworks for web applications)
Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, debugging, solid communication, with the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and report results
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of software.
Knowledge of Agile frameworks, proven experience as an Automation Engineer using Selenium or similar web automation tools.
Identify and report software defects accurately, providing clear and detailed information to the development team, verify bug fixes and regression test impacted areas.
Have sharp analytical skills, have proven design skills, excellent communication skills.
Qualifications and skills :
Proficiency in Cypress or Selenium for end-to-end testing of web applications.
Solid understanding of web technologies such as Postman, API Testing, JavaScript.
Experience with Bug Tracking in JIRA, MongoDB - Database and Agile & Waterfall - Methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
