Digiaccel Learning is expanding its engineering team. This team is the core team that will work on developing industry first learning tools and products to help solve for digital upskilling in India. This role is for Software Development Engineer Level I who will build new web-based products and applications from ground up. This is a role where the individual can get to make an impact in the 0–10 journey of an innovative and promising Edtech solution.

Well Versed with Automation Testing
We are seeking a highly skilled QA engineer with experience testing web applications built using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain test plans and cases for web applications built using the MERN stack
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify and report defects
• Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and ensure that testing is thorough and comprehensive
• Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of testing processes and tools
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on web applications
• Extensive experience testing web applications built using the MERN stack
• Familiarity with a wide range of testing tools and techniques, including manual testing, automated testing, and continuous integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Familiarity with other modern web development technologies and frameworks, such as React Native, and Redux.
The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to create all the testing and automation frameworks required for their projects. Thus, the candidate may have to work on multiple projects at once, also working to improve the company's best practices from a testing standpoint.
