Quality Analyst Job Description.
We at Nobroker are looking for experienced quality analyst for our team, below is a brief description of the requirements.
• Anyone with over & around 1-3 years of experience as a QA in a call centre environment can apply.
• Person has to be equipped with various modules of call auditing/live barging etc.
• Should have proven track record to assist/mentor/monitor sales/operations team to optimise the calling skills.
• Should have done calling & understood the basics of a good call himself/herself from scratch to assist further.
• Should be able to to motivate the team in following scripts, teach modes of effective communication & increase cx engagement in a call.
• Should be aware of modes of communication/multiplying revenue via effective communications/implications of imperfect communications/tonality etc.
• Should be flexible to work in a 6 days environment.
• Should be a self motivated individual & is willing to give what it takes, should be taking ownership of mentoring the team in calling ethics.
• Being dynamic & a quick learner is important.
• Should be able to coordinate with cross functional teams for betterment of the organization.
We need to hire one SME (He/She would be auditing our calls and share insights; Tamil Language is a mandate). Kindly ensure the person has adequate soft skills and analytical skills similar to what we ensure for our Manager profiles. Salary range would be from 5 to 7 LPA. Year of Experience 2-3.
• Work From Office.
• 6 Days working.
• Saturday and Sunday Fixed working.
