Lead a team of QA Specialists, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Plan and lead quality assurance functions including quality reviews, moderation analysis and, consistency events.
Analyse data, identify trends, and drive improvement strategies.
Collaborate across teams to ensure our training, standards, process, and continuous improvement are not just a tick in the box.
