About Your Team
You will report to the QA/QC Manager and collaborate with the production, design, and procurement teams to ensure seamless quality control across all stages of the Fitout production process. Your work will involve regular inspections, troubleshoot quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Role
As a QA/QC Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
• Implementing and maintaining QA/QC systems in line with industry standards and project requirements
• Conducting inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished Fitout products
• Reviewing and implementing quality control plans and inspection test plans (ITPs)
• Identifying and managing non-conformances and initiating corrective actions
• Preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records
• Ensuring calibration and proper use of measuring instruments
• Supporting internal and external audits as required
• Liaising with clients and consultants regarding quality matters
• Promoting a quality-first culture across all production activities
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
5+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in a Fitout
Knowledge & Skills:
• Strong knowledge of woodworking materials and Fitout production processes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards (desirable)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles (desirable)
