This is a remote position.
QA Synergy is currently seeking to 10 agents for Quality Assurance Specialist.
As a quality assurance agent, you will make calls to various companies as a mystery shopper to assess the performance of the customer service department.
You provide feedback via a detailed form that we present to our clients to allow them to make any necessary improvements. Your opinion matters!
It's that simple! We provide the client; you make the call!
You will set your own schedule, so you are able to work anytime that fits YOUR schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Successfully complete a test call
• Call all companies provided via assigned lists
• Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representatives
• Document detailed information of overall experience
• Complete review submission form prior to the required deadline
• Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation
Pay Rate:
($2 per call for 7 calls or less) or ($20 per completed list with 8 calls or more)
