We are looking for a talented Selenium Automation Engineer to lead, design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions for our software products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, particularly in automation testing using Selenium.
You will work closely with our development and quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our applications.

About You
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Selenium Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit).
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in testing APIs using Postman.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium WebDriver).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prioritize team spirit, teamwork, and high-quality outcomes.
• Love working in a startup culture and quick learner
What will You do
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Lead a team of software and user interface testers
• Analyze and research Development Epics and User Stories for test scenarios and test procedure updates
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile / Scrum activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation and incorporate them into our testing processes.
