Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist II reports to the QA Lead for the Cross-Channel Platforms Martech group. The QA Specialist II is an experienced member of the team and will review email creative and email HTML, provide feedback, and give final approval for email deployments to ensure high-quality email campaign production.
Review key aspects of the email design, build and deployment processes to ensure optimal quality.
Review HTML and plain text emails across different device/browser platforms to ensure copy, link, content, and rendering is consistent with requirements and Ansira best practices for email design.
Perform interactive testing in Email inboxes on different devices and platforms to verify functional elements meet requirements.
Review client briefs for projects and attend Tech Kickoff meetings, providing insights into testing approaches and calling out technical risks.
Define and document test parameters, test case scenarios, and methodologies in a comprehensive test..
