Job Description
1. Integrated Management Systems (IMS): - Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across ISO +001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards. - Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and regulations, working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth certification processes and audits. - Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits during certification processes and managing corrective actions. 2. Six Sigma & Quality Tools: - Lead Six Sigma initiatives within the organization, including executing projects and mentoring Green Belt and Black Belt candidates. - Successfully lead and execute a minimum of 10+ Green Belt projects, ensuring results meet performance goals for efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. - Drive Six Sigma culture across the organization and provide leadership in deploying process improvement strategies. 3. Strategic Planning and Reporting: - Develop and execute quality strategies that align with business needs and long-term goals. - Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, tracking performance metrics, improvement initiatives, and outcomes of quality projects. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess quality initiatives and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
