1-3 DAYS WORK, OVER 7 DAY WEEK ROTA
Simplyfruit is one of Ireland’s leading producers of fresh cut ready-to-eat snack and fruit salad pots
Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our Quality Team.
Main Duties:
Monitoring of all factory CCP’s, ensuring that all testing regimes and records are up-to-date and completed accurately
Daily organoleptic testing on all products produced.
Verification of product date codes, packaging, weights and quality of products produced
Daily calibration checks on measuring equipment
Ensure all required process control records are completed accurately and filed as necessary.
Monitoring all raw material intake, following testing procedures and reporting to management any defects and concerns
The daily collection of microbiological samples and logging them onto the laboratory online system.
Other duties as required by the management team.
