Job description
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties. Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication. Technical Support Responsibilities: Identifying hardware and software solutions. Troubleshooting technical issues. Diagnosing and repairing faults. Resolving network issues. Installing and configuring hardware and software. Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem. Providing timely and accurate customer feedback. Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem. Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved. Replacing or repairing the necessary parts. Supporting the roll-out of new applications. Providing support in the form of procedural documentation. Managing multiple cases at one time. Testing and evaluating new technologies. Job description
Job Title: Quality Auditor (BPO)
Salary: Up to 35K
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Shela, Ahmedabad.
The Quality Auditor (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of performance of our
Customer Service Associates across various tele-calling campaigns. The QA will monitor
inbound and outbound calls to ensure accuracy in alignment with the process and
products. The QA will also be responsible for evaluating employee performance and
ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Monitor live calls to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Provide actionable feedback to employees to improve call quality as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for call center staff.
• Provide feedback to call center team leaders and supervisors.
• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review on a
daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Work with underperforming employees to enhance their communication skills and
call handling abilities.
• Shortlist employees for weekly and monthly recognition as top performers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Conduct audits for all tele-calling campaigns within the company.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across various campaigns.
