Job Description
BeeperMD looking for passionate English speaking Quality Auditors who are fluent enough to have conversations with US customers and can Audit the calls of customer service representatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Must have knowledge on call Quality analysis of the call flow from International BPO.
2. Should conduct sessions for new updates related to the process.
3. Optimal use of technology.
4. Introducing training programs.
5. Good written, verbal and listening skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 2+ years relevant experience required.
2. Ability to quickly and efficiently adapt process knowledge.
3. Exhibit patience and ability to explain/help team members.
4. Good team player with analytical skills and high energy levels.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Shift: Rotational Shift(247) and 5 Days working.
Job Location: Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh. we don't provide work from home opportunity
