• *Roles and Responsibilities:

• *-Product Inspection**:
Conduct thorough inspections of home têxtile products, including bedding, linens, towels, and other têxtile items.
Inspect materials, stitching, and overall product quality to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- **Defect Identification**:
Identify and document defects in materials or workmanship.
Collaborate with production teams to address and rectify identified issues promptly.
• *-Sampling and Batch Inspection**:
Conduct random sampling of finished products and inspect batches for consistency and quality.
Ensure that production batches meet established quality criteria.
- **Compliance with Standards**:
Ensure that home têxtile products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications.
- **Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken.
Prepare and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports and standard operating procedures.
- **Communication**:
Communicate quality standards and requirements to production teams.
Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns and improve incoming materials.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
Participate in cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges.
• *Qualifications**:
1. **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. **Experience**:
- Previous experience in quality control within the home têxtile industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with têxtile manufacturing processes.
3. **Skills**:
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for effectively conveying quality requirements.
4. **Technical Proficiency**:
- Knowledge of têxtile testing methods and equipment.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations.
5. **Team Collaboration**:
- Ability to work collaboratively with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
