Should Have Hands on Experience in Sales
Should be good at identifying the issue and putting in a format
Should have Good understanding of Sop’s
Should have good understanding of CRM
Should have Good Excel and MS-Office skills
Should have Experience in Process Analysis /Understand Process Adherenc and Tech Adherence.
Should Be able to Audit /QC Check on Varies Departments on defined Parameters
Should have Rich Understanding of Data Mining and Reporting Call Quality Monitoring
Experience:
1-3 years Experiences in Quality Check
Hands on Experience in Call monitoring data mining and reporting
Hands On Experience on Auditing in Department Wise
Experiences in making Reports and Auditing
Experience in Process analysis/ understand Process adherence
Education:
Any Education Background
Job Location: Bangalore
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
