Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control policies and procedures.
Oversee the inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and address any issues or defects in the production process.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality control standards are met at all stages.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company
standards.
Train and mentor QC staff on best practices and quality standards.
Analyze quality data and generate reports to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
