Ideal Profile

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Executive to join our healthcare firm. The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for ensuring that our organization maintains the highest quality standards in delivering healthcare services. This role will involve documentation management (MDR2017), conducting quality audits, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with CDSCO regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of quality control documentation & processes in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Documentation: Prepare product DMFs, BMRs and quality control SOPs. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken. Ensure documentation is organized and accessible for regulatory inspections and audits.

Conduct quality audits: Perform regular audits of internal processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with ISO-13485 quality standards and regulations.

Develop and implement quality control processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective quality control processes, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistent and reliable healthcare service delivery.

Monitor and analyze data: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to enhance the quality of healthcare services.

Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff, to communicate quality goals, provide training, and ensure understanding and compliance with quality control measures.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives: Identify opportunities for quality improvement and lead initiatives to enhance processes, reduce errors, and increase patient satisfaction. Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards: Stay up to date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those from relevant healthcare governing bodies.

Conduct risk assessments: Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate quality-related issues. Implement preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of errors or adverse events.

Provide training and education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices. Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement among employees.

Qualification:

B.Pharma OR B.Sc. with minimum 2 years of work experience as QC or R&D department.
Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within the healthcare industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies, regulations, and best practices in healthcare.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., ISO13485)
