Hiring for Food Quality Controller for Leading Brand into Food Industry(Meat and Fish products)

Job Description
● Responsible for handling overall Quality control and assurance activities at the
processing plant.
● Carry our inbound Raw material analysis for fresh chilled Meat and Fish products.
● Conduct daily pre operational plant audits of processing plant.
● Make sure PRP's and OPRP adherence are met during the process.
● Conduct In process quality analysis during the process.
● Make sure the products are processed and packed according to the standards and
specifications.
● Documentation of all the regulatory and operation compliance applicable for processing.
● Train the staff on food safety.
● Monitor and document all the activities.
● Addressing customer complaints and conducting RCA for the same.
Desired Candidate Profile
● Minimum 1 Year experience in Chicken/Mutton/Fish or any perishable items plant.
● Minimum Bachelor's degree in food...
