We are currently hiring entry-level Quality Control Inspectors to support our production team. No previous quality assurance experience is required—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed. This is a great opportunity to build a career in food manufacturing and gain valuable industry experience. What You'll Do

+ Check products throughout production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

+ Monitor things like temperature, product weight, packaging, and labeling

+ Report anything that doesn't look right and help fix small issues quickly

+ Fill out simple paperwork and inspection checklists accurately

+ Work closely with supervisors and team members to keep things running smoothly

+ Keep your work area clean and follow all safety and sanitation rules

Work Environment & Conditions

+ Fast-paced, cold, and wet production environment (temperatures may reach as low as 40°F)

+ You’ll be on your feet most of your shift and may need to lift items up to 50 lbs

+ Regular exposure to production equipment, noise, and moisture

Schedule & Availability

+ Available Shifts:

+ Shift 1: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM

+ Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

+ Extended hours and weekend work may be required during peak production periods

+ Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential

Required Experience:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (Basic Level)

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately

+ Basic understanding of quality control principles and practices

+ Ability to use equipment and instruments effectively

+ Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

+ Good communication skills, both verbal and written

+ Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
