Job Description
• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microbiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading microbiological Sterile testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining laboratory quality systems. Key duties include overseeing routine analysis of raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples, developing and validating new microbiological methods, and supporting product development with scientific expertise. The Senior Microbiologist will also be expected to manage a team of junior staff, prepare detailed reports, conduct investigations into microbial contamination, and assist in regulatory audits. Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards is essential, along with excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. A degree in Microbiology or a related field with ++ years of relevant experience in the Sterile/ Parental pharmaceutical industry is required.
